Retail Receiving Manager

Job Summary
Receive all incoming product shipments, verify accuracy, and check for damage. Label items with appropriate SKU tickets to prepare for immediate distribution to stores. Work with buying and accounting teams to resolve order discrepancies and monitor warehouse inventory levels to maintain accuracy and loss prevention. Coordinate weekly transfers of inventory from the warehouse to stores, including loading and unloading the company van for bi-weekly stock replenishment trips to the Museum building. Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories of all merchandise while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse space. Order supplies as needed and coordinate all incoming and outgoing freight deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or 3-5 years' relevant retail stock experience
- Driver's License
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to remain mobile for duration of shift
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to uphold a strong attendance record

- Experience with retail POS and inventory management systems
