Job Summary
Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Consistently deliver positive sales performance by up-selling customers on multiple pairs and accessories while practicing impeccable customer service. Organize store merchandise and back stock, oversee shipment receipt, and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures. Uphold loss prevention standards, follow all company policies, and create a comfortable environment for colleagues. Requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay between $17.90 and $18.30, along with medical, dental, and earned sick leave benefits.
Required Qualifications
