Job Summary
Retail PT Backroom Processor at TJX Companies (starting pay $13.50–$14.00/hour). Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience, accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, and maintaining store standards. Cross-trained to support multiple areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, ensure safety and loss-prevention compliance, participate in store recovery and cleanliness, and adhere to labor laws and company procedures.
