Job Summary
Maintain and contribute to comprehensive Retail Design Standards through prototypical construction documents, specifications, design guidance, product standards, shop drawings, BIM content, and supporting tools. Collaborate on design initiatives to streamline integration into Retail Design Standards and coordinate with consultants to deliver consistent solutions. Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables across workstreams, and proactively identify issues to maintain schedule integrity while supporting the development of BIM content and cloud-based documentation platforms. This role requires a degree in Architecture or equivalent experience with proficiency in Revit and collaborative workflows. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit preferred), cloud-based platforms, and collaborative workflows
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Experience in architecture, construction, retail, hospitality, or branded environments
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements in drawing production and team workflows
- Experience working within a multi-office, cross-time-zone firm structure
