Retail Project Manager

Job Summary
The Retail Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver new store openings, remodels, and retail initiatives, partnering with real estate, construction, merchandising, operations, and external vendors to ensure timely, on-budget execution that meets brand standards. Responsibilities include developing detailed project timelines and milestones, tracking cross-functional workstreams, identifying risks and delays, leading store openings from kickoff to grand opening, reviewing bids and identifying savings opportunities, maintaining governance and quality standards, and preparing status updates for senior leadership. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Office), and the ability to travel as needed are required or preferred depending on assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail planning, construction coordination, project management, fixture procurement, signage coordination, or related environment
- Experience supporting flagship or high-profile retail openings
- Familiarity with luxury client experience standards and premium retail environments
- PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus
