Job Summary
Retail Production Worker handles sorting and pricing of donated goods and materials, focusing on textiles and hardlines processing. Responsibilities include following sorting and pricing guidelines, recognizing name brands, vintage, and collectible items, sizing and hanging textiles, operating a pump cart, stacker, and other material-handling equipment, assembling/disassembling containers, and using space efficiently. The role requires safe operation of a compactor, understanding Kaizen/6S practices, and maintaining quality control and production goal achievement. The position reports to Salvage/Retail Store leadership and involves customer-facing interactions with a collaborative, mission-driven store culture; physical work with lifting up to 50 pounds and potential for occasional outside work. Availability after-hours, on weekends, and some holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in retail operations preferred

- Availability to work after-hours on special projects
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
