Job Summary
Retail Production Manager at Goodwill responsible for leading the back production area, directing daily production and achieving set production and sales goals for the Retail Store location. Oversees and develops high-performing teams of Retail Merchandise Processors, ensures excellent customer service aligned with the Goodwill brand, coordinates with the Store Manager on product generation and inventory, and maintains compliance with Loss Prevention and Safety policies. Requires strong leadership, ability to hire and develop talent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; must wear the company uniform and maintain professional appearance. Full-time role with benefits including medical, PTO, and discounts; prior retail management experience in thrift or retail environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent required
- Two (2) years work experience in retail management, preferably thrift
- One (1) year of customer service or public contact experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
