Retail Production/Donation

Retail Production/Donation team member supports the store in merchandising, production and accepting and sorting donations; greets donors, assists unloading, examines donated goods for sellability, meets or exceeds daily goals, maintains back room, merchandise items, labels items using established categories, assists with loading/unloading, and completes donor/production records. Must be able to operate or be trained to operate a forklift and pallet jack, perform basic arithmetic, reading and writing, and work as a productive team member. This physically demanding role involves standing 6-8 hours per day, with pushing/pulling and lifting up to ~35 lbs. Pre-employment drug screen and theft-related background check are required.
