Retail Production/Donation

Support the store in merchandising, production and accepting and sorting donations. Greet donors in donation areas, assist unloading vehicles, examine donated goods to determine sellability, meet or exceed daily goals, merchandise items to increase sells, assist with unloading/loading, keep back room organized, ensure production and donor records are completed correctly, determine price and labeling using established categories, and perform other tasks as requested by management. Must be able to operate or be trained to operate forklift and pallet jack, and possess basic arithmetic, reading and writing skills. Physically demanding role requiring standing for 6-8 hours with lifting up to ~35 lbs. Must be able to work a variety of hours and days of the week consistently. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Pass pre-employment drug screen and theft-related background check.
