Job Summary
Retail Production Associate supports efficient store operations by preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise through accurate sorting, pricing, and production activities. Works in a quota-driven production environment to ensure shop-ready merchandise, assists with backroom and production operations, and maintains safety and quality standards aligned with Goodwill’s mission and values. Responsibilities include sorting, tagging, pricing, using POS systems for pricing, maintaining organization and safety in production/backroom areas, and coordinating with store leadership to ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- Ability to follow established production processes and safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a quota-driven environment with emphasis on quality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move items in a production/retail setting
- Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
