Retail Production Associate

Support efficient store operations by sorting, tagging, pricing, and preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise; meet quota-driven production targets while maintaining quality and safety; assist backroom and production operations to ensure merchandise is processed and ready for the sales floor; follow established production processes, safety guidelines, and pricing integrity; participate in opening/closing routines and coordinate with production, backroom, and sales floor; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in retail/production preferred but not required.
