Retail Product Specialist

Retail Product Specialist responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging customers and guiding them to Skechers products; act as a Skechers product expert and brand ambassador to help customers select the right product. Responsibilities include driving sales through excellent customer service, maintaining floor inventory, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience; efficiently processing transactions and returns at the point of sale and encouraging exchanges while preserving customer relationships; stay up to date on Skechers product knowledge; may be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas; adhere to store operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Skills include teamwork, strong attention to detail, flexibility to meet store needs, and prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Salary is $20.00 per hour; store location: Cookstown, Ontario, Canada.
