Job Summary
Retail Processor handles donations, sorts donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash), inspects items to determine sales channel, prices items using AMI pricing software, maintains store area cleanliness and organization, provides positive customer service in-person and over the phone, collaborates with teammates and leadership, follows safe-work practices to maintain a hazard-free environment, adheres to dress code and agency policies, and supports asset protection by safeguarding cash and donated items. The role emphasizes fast, accurate work and cross-functional communication, with duties including stocking, pricing, customer interactions, and following procedures for store operations.
Required Qualifications
