Job Summary
Conduct customer interactions, process purchases and returns, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring sales, count change, and uphold merchandising standards while participating in store recovery and shrink reduction efforts. Adhere to all operational, safety, and labor policies. Work flexible afternoons as a part-time retail processor and stocker at a Marshalls location in Madison, WI. Starting pay is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
