Job Summary
Retail Processing Manager overseeing a team of 15-20 Processors, Supervisors, and Team Leads; responsible for processing loan files in compliance with FHA, State, and Investor regulations; manages performance, training, pipeline oversight, and coordination with Underwriting, Sales, and other departments; ensures adherence to RESPA/TILA, Reg B and related regulations; develops process improvements, mentors staff, conducts hiring/terminations, and supports staffing and budgeting; requires reverse mortgage retail processing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and leadership capabilities; position offers hybrid work arrangement in Paramus, NJ or Houston, TX with base salary 95-125K plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years management experience preferred
- Reverse mortgage retail processing experience required
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations including RESPA/TILA, Reg B
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel required multiple times a year
- Exempt status
