Job Summary
Engage with all customers to deliver a highly satisfied experience, embodying customer service principles and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Uphold operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as business needs require. Maintain organizational cleanliness throughout the entire store and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, adhering to all labor laws and policies.
