Job Summary
Retail Processing Associate works in the backroom handling donated goods, assists donors, loads/unloads donations from vehicles, pre-sorts, hangs, prices, and processes items per guidelines. Performs tagging, uses PPS equipment, maintains clean, safe work area, helps place donated goods on sales floor, and provides professional customer/donor service; requires open availability and adherence to safety, uniform, and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds in retail environment; 50 pounds in Donations/ADC/Aftermarket environment
- Open availability
- Ability to pass alcohol/drug screenings and criminal background check
- Basic math skills and understanding of cash control procedures
- Ability to transfer to other working locations, as directed by management
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Strong customer service
- Team-oriented
- Follow safety policies and CARF requirements
