Job Summary
Retail Processing Associate works in the store backroom handling donated goods, assists donors, processes items by sorting, pricing, and preparing for sale, operates PPS equipment, maintains a clean and safe work area, and provides professional customer service in the donation area. The role requires loading/unloading donations, safe handling of equipment, adherence to safety policies, and flexibility in scheduling; a neat uniform and nametag are required. Education preferred is high school diploma or GED; open availability and capability to transfer between locations as needed are noted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Knowledge of donated goods Goody will accept/ reject
- Ability to pass alcohol/drug screenings and criminal background check
