Job Summary
Backroom processing of donated goods at Goodwill in Byram, MS. Provides professional customer/donor service, assists donors with loading/unloading donated goods, and handles donation intake, sorting, pricing, and processing using PPS equipment. Maintains a clean, safe work area, adheres to safety policies, and supports a team-oriented environment. Requires basic math, clear communication, ability to lift up to 50 pounds (25 pounds in some areas), open availability, and willingness to transfer to other locations as needed. Emphasis on ethical practices, safety, and following CSR policies and nametag/uniform standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass alcohol/drug screenings and criminal background check
- Open availability
- Ability to transfer to other working locations, as directed by management
