Job Summary
Backroom-focused role supporting store operations with donated goods: assist donors, load/unload donations, sort, price, and prepare items for sale according to management guidelines. Operate PPS equipment, tag and code merchandise, and ensure a safe, clean work area. Provide professional customer/donor service, greet customers, and coordinate with management on donation acceptance. Maintain a professional appearance with issued nametag, be flexible with scheduling, and participate in occasional travel to other locations as needed.Qualifications include basic math, effective communication, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds in certain areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass alcohol/drug screenings and criminal background check
- Basic math and cash handling understanding
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- Ability to transfer to other locations as directed by management
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; up to 50 pounds for Donations/ADC/Aftermarket environments
