Job Summary
Lead a Staples print and services team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain store standards. Act as keyholder on duty, oversee production and customer-facing interactions in print and customer service areas, coach the selling model, execute promotional items, manage store areas (cash and print), uphold operational excellence and brand standards, and train associates for continuous development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail required
- supervisory and coaching experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a print/graphic communications environment
- working knowledge of graphic design principles
- Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
