Job Summary
Lead a Staples store team in print and services, coaching and modeling selling behavior, driving sales through customer-focused engagement, and maintaining operational excellence. As a keyholder, oversee store programs and training; manage cash and print areas, supervise associates, and promote a culture of high performance through knowledge of print/graphic services, promotional items, and customer solutions. Responsibilities include customer engagement, sales execution tied to flyers/promotions, leadership of store areas, and ongoing training and development to uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail required, with prior supervisory and coaching experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a print/graphic communications environment with working knowledge of graphic design principles
- Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
