Job Summary
Print-focused leadership role managing Office Depot’s Print Center: oversee print production, equipment, and supplies; drive print sales and service excellence; lead and train associates to deliver memorable customer experiences; ensure high-quality print materials and efficient operations; serve as a Key Carrier with open/close responsibilities; foster a customer-centric culture and support store merchandising aligned with the 5C values; require flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; background checks may be conducted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years related experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development
- Experience in Print Center operations
- Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising
- Technical Skills: Strong PC skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Sales, Customer & Leadership Competencies: Advanced selling skills
- Desire to continuously grow selling skills and product knowledge
- Ability to coach, train, and develop others
- Adaptable, positive, and engaging; demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust
- Action-oriented, drives for results, makes sound decisions, and demonstrates patience
