Job Summary
Retail Print Manager at Office Depot: oversee all print production and services, drive print and store sales, lead and train associates in print processes and selling techniques, manage opening/closing as an External Key Carrier, ensure high-quality print materials and customer experiences, and uphold the store’s culture and Office Depot 5C values while collaborating with the local community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1–3 years related experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development
- Experience in Print Center operations
- Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising
- Strong PC skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Subject matter expert in Print Services and related systems
- Proficient with role-related technology and POS systems
- Advanced selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Passion for our brand, products, services, and solutions
- Desire to continuously grow selling skills and product knowledge
- Ability to coach, train, and develop others
- Adaptable, positive, and engaging; demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust
