Retail Print Manager

Job Summary
Own the Print Department by delivering memorable customer experiences and executing Office Depot selling techniques across the store. Drive sales growth through training and development of all associates, while operating equipment to ensure timely, high-quality print production. Lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance associate proficiency and build brand loyalty. Manage print supplies, identify process improvements to reduce waste, and maintain safety and security during your absence as an External Key Carrier. Perform opening and closing duties, including alarm activation, cash handling, and store balancing. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years related experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development
- Experience in Print Center operations
- Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising
- Strong PC skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Subject matter expert in Print Services and related systems
- Proficient with role-related technology and POS systems
- Advanced selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to coach, train, and develop others
- Adaptable, positive, and engaging; demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust
- Action-oriented, drives for results, makes sound decisions, and demonstrates patience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, inclusive of the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must be able to open and close the store
