Job Summary
Own the Print Department by driving sales growth, executing selling techniques, and training associates to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Operate all print equipment to maintain efficient production while managing supplies and identifying process improvements. Lead a high-performing team through coaching, performance assessment, and facilitation of training sessions on the business model. Manage safety and security during your absence as a Key Carrier, handling opening and closing duties including alarm activation, cash handling, and store balancing. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development
- Experience in Print Center operations
- Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising
- Subject matter expert in Print Services and related systems
- Proficient with role-related technology and POS systems
- Advanced selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to coach, train, and develop others
- Adaptable, positive, and engaging; demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust
- Action-oriented, drives for results, makes sound decisions, and demonstrates patience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, inclusive of the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must be able to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
