Job Summary
Drive print sales and service growth by overseeing all aspects of the print production process, managing equipment and supplies, and ensuring high-quality delivery. Own customer experiences in the Print Department while executing selling techniques and training associates to foster a sales-focused environment. Lead a high-performing team through guidance, coaching, and performance assessments, and facilitate training on the business model and service offerings. Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and identify process improvements to reduce waste. As an External Key Carrier, maintain safety and security during manager absence, perform opening and closing duties including alarm activation, cash handling, and store balancing, and ensure loss prevention compliance. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years management experience or equivalent internal development
- Experience in Print Center operations
- Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising
- Subject matter expert in Print Services and related systems
- Proficient with role-related technology and POS systems
- Advanced selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to coach, train, and develop others
- Adaptable, positive, and engaging; demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust
- Action-oriented, drives for results, makes sound decisions, and demonstrates patience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, inclusive of the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Must consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party
