Job Summary
Lead and assist in running a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation at the 1880 Train attraction. Oversee guest service, sales goals, team development, floor supervision, and operational tasks; take photos and create memorable experiences for guests; train and motivate staff to achieve guest service and financial targets; ensure adherence to KPIs in a busy retail environment; provide leadership in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager; must be available to work 7 days a week including weekends, evenings, and holidays; background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-year people management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years previous guest service experience preferred, but not required, within the hospitality, food, and beverage, or retail industries.
