Job Summary
The Retail Pharmacy Technician is responsible for generating the flow of prescriptions by preparing medications for dispensing and enhancing customer relations. The role requires the safe handling and transportation of prescription and non-prescription medications, as well as sharps. Essential skills include dynamic customer interaction and achieving goals set by the Retail Pharmacy Manager. No previous experience is required, though completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program and prior experience in pharmacy settings are preferred.
