Job Summary
Retail Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations in a rural community healthcare setting, overseeing procurement, distribution, storage, and safe administration of medications; ensures compliance with state and federal regulations; supervises staff in compounding, packaging, labeling, and quality assurance; manages inventory, records, charge systems, and medication safety; drives financial performance through sales and expense control; implements and updates pharmacy policies and procedures; requires active CA pharmacist license and ACPE-accredited PharmD/BS degree with leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license in California
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited program
- Current BLS certification
- Leadership or management experience preferred
