Retail Pharmacy Level 2 Technician

Interact with patients at various service points and promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services. Input customer and prescription information into the dispensing system, create prescription labels, and adjudicate insurance claims. Retrieve medication from inventory, complete paperwork for filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders, and order prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department. Stock prescription medication and maintain a clean, orderly pharmacy while ensuring patient information confidentiality. Requires state licensure or successful completion of Meijer employer-based training; high school/GED and excellent organization and communication skills are essential.
