Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and meeting established average per hour (APH) goals. Travel to retail locations to conduct these activities, which involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. Complete required pharmacy and hospital training modules and comply with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on productivity and accuracy, with a starting wage of $18.00 to $20.00.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to frequently travel by car and occasionally air
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to squat, kneel, or crouch when entering inventory from lower shelves
- Ability to frequently use a step stool
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required
