Job Summary
Partner with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates while counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to meet productivity goals that increase hourly earnings through a performance-based pay program. Travel to retail locations and work one-on-one with pharmacy professionals to ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare standards. This active role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using handheld technology in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must complete required pharmacy and hospital training certifications.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
