Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates for medical devices and medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to retail locations to complete pharmacy and hospital training certifications as required. Achieve established average per hour counting goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program, which offers up to $2.00 additional hourly pay within the first six months based on productivity. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring extended standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
