Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to retail locations to achieve established average per hour counting goals and meet productivity targets for performance-based pay increases. This active role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must complete required pharmacy and hospital training certifications and comply with all healthcare customer standards. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
