Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices or medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program, which offers up to $2.00 additional hourly pay within the first six months based on accuracy. Travel to retail locations and work standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Requires reliable transportation, completion of pharmacy training certification, and adherence to healthcare customer standards including screening and confidentiality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Certification required (for opportunity to become a paid driver)
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to climb ladders when needed
- Must be able to bend, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
