Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at retail inventory events, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to various retail locations to support counting operations and meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting items up to 25 pounds, and working quickly in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must complete required pharmacy and hospital training certifications and comply with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
