Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program that offers up to $2.00 additional hourly pay within the first six months. Travel to retail locations and complete required pharmacy and hospital training certifications. This active role involves standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
