Job Summary
Partner with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to retail locations to meet productivity goals that increase earnings through our performance-based pay program. This active role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must complete pharmacy and hospital training certifications and comply with healthcare standards. WIS International offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for performance-based pay increases up to $5.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Certification required (for opportunity to become a paid driver)
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and reach
- Must be able to climb ladders when needed
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
