Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and medication. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Travel to retail locations to meet productivity goals that increase earnings through a performance-based pay program. Stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within the first six months based on accuracy, with additional opportunities up to $5.00 per hour. Complete required pharmacy and hospital training certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
