Job Summary
Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and medications. Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through a performance-based pay program that offers up to $2.00 additional hourly pay within the first six months. Travel to retail locations and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced environment. Achieves established average per hour counting goals while ensuring data integrity. Completes required pharmacy and hospital training certifications and complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
