Job Summary
Retail Personal Banker II within Fifth Third Bank focusing on sales development and relationship building by promoting deposits, loans, and fee-based services to meet customer needs. 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to perform roles within the Retail Personal Banker family. Primary duties include using consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, cross-selling to an existing customer base, referrals to Mortgage/Small Business/Commercial and Investment partners, conducting outside sales activities, and achieving year-over-year revenue growth while maintaining customer confidentiality and adhering to risk policies. Spanish-speaking preferred; requires ability to travel for training and occasional field activities; NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration is required for employment.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the NMLS
- NMLS MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position
