Retail Personal Banker I

Provide an exceptional customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with an assigned book of business through proactive outreach in person, over the phone, or other channels. Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and tailor recommendations/advice, maintain knowledge of products and processes, collaborate with internal partners, analyze customer credit data to align solutions, support customers with technology, and process teller transactions while adhering to balancing guidelines. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and company policies, and actively identify, assess, and manage risks. Demonstrates reliability and professionalism in representing Fifth Third Bank, with responsibilities including risk management, customer service excellence, and ongoing adherence to policies. Location: Burlington, KY; working conditions include normal office environment and standard computer usage.
