Retail Personal Banker II – May River Crossing: A 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service leads into a sales-focused role concentrating on deposits, loans, and fee-based services while building relationships with customers. Responsibilities include using consultative sales processes, financial needs assessments, cross-selling to an existing customer base, engaging in outside sales activities, collaborating with Business Partners, achieving production and customer experience goals, handling referrals, and maintaining confidentiality and risk compliance. The position requires a college degree or equivalent transferrable experience, and includes training toward certification within the Retail Personal Banker family, with travel for training and a normal office environment. NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration is required for employment in this role.
