Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro with deep automotive parts knowledge and DIY-focused sales expertise. Provides GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers, handles advanced parts identification, sourcing from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source), and supports inventory maintenance. Responsibilities include battery installation and testing, wiper installation, high standards of customer service, and key holder duties (open/close, safety, task assignment). Requires ASE P2 certification or ASE-ready equivalent, valid driver’s license, 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, and strong knowledge of inventory systems and diagnostic tools. Proficient in English; Spanish language skills a plus. Demonstrates advanced parts lookup and sourcing, and the ability to meet personal/store sales goals while maintaining store appearance and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- 3-5 years automotive parts experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience with inventory and POS systems
- English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
