Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro responsible for expert-level sales in DIY automotive parts, with deep knowledge of store systems, inventory, and diagnostic/repair services. Supports advanced identification, sourcing from multiple channels, and assists customers with battery installation, testing, wiper installs, and other DIY services. Demonstrates strong customer service, maintains store appearance and safety standards, and fulfills key holder duties (opening/closing, task assignment). Proficient in inventory processes, cycle counts, and using POS/parts lookup systems; capable of effective communication, relationship-building, and meeting personal/store sales goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ASE certification is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
- valid driver's license
