Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro role focused on facilitating DIY customer sales through advanced knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and store processes. Responsibilities include driving sales, providing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), managing inventory and store appearance, performing key holder duties, and supporting pricing, sourcing, and parts lookup. Requires strong product knowledge, ability to use inventory and POS systems, effective communication, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), and 3-5 years of automotive parts experience. ASE certification is preferred but not required; valid driver\'s license required. The role is full-time and based in Mitchell, SD with in-store responsibilities.
Required Qualifications

- Proven sales ability in automotive parts or related field
- Experience with inventory systems and POS
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and maintenance manuals
- ASE certification preferred but not required
