Job Summary
Retail Parts Pro provides GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers, leveraging expert store systems knowledge, advanced automotive parts knowledge, and diagnostic capability. The role involves facilitating DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), managing inventory and store operations, performing parts lookup and sourcing (special order, FDO, second source), and upholding customer service and store-appearance standards. Requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification is preferred. Strong sales and communication skills, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, and ability to read safety and maintenance documents are essential.
