Retail Parts Pro

Retail Parts Pro is a professional-level sales role supporting advanced DIY automotive services. Responsibilities include facilitating selling experiences for DIY customers, achieving personal and store sales goals, managing DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs, maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance, and performing key holder duties (task assignment, opening/closing). Secondary duties include assisting with inventory processes (truck put away, cycle counts, back stock) and store cleanliness. Essential skills include knowledge of automotive systems, parts sourcing and lookup, diagnostic equipment, operating POS and inventory software, and strong communication with customers and team. Requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license; ASE certification is preferred but not required. Must be able to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends; English is required (Spanish a plus).
