Job Summary
Professional level sales role focused on assisting DIY customers with advanced automotive parts knowledge and store systems. Responsibilities include facilitating a selling experience, achieving personal/store sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance, and performing key holder duties (task assignment, safety, open/close). Secondary duties cover inventory processes (truck put-away, cycle counts, back stock), store cleanliness, and providing DIY services. Must read/write English (Spanish a plus), understand safety instructions, interpret parts catalogs and maintenance manuals, and effectively use POS and parts lookup systems. Requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
